Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we wish to provide you with the service you desire. However, unforeseen things may occur in which may or may not be our fault. To be fair towards our customers, we will offer to redo the service within three days of the initial service. We must be notified within 24 hours of the initial service. We will not be able to offer a refund on a completed service. Thank you for your understanding.
For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
Appointments: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. By arriving 10 to 15 minutes late, you risk losing your spot in the appointment schedule or a shortened service
Consultations: These are complimentary and are recommended before any first time hair, skin, nail, or spa service.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as personal checks. Some services will need to be guaranteed by credit card. A $20 fee is charged for returned checks. Gratuity not included in pricing.
Returns: You may return a product if itís in original condition and unopened for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase. Receipt is required to show.
Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Spa packages must be cancelled no less than 48 hours in advance. Clients are subject to full payment for any services cancelled after that time.
Junior Guests: For your ultimate relaxation and for your childís safety, we ask that you make alternate accommodations for young children not receiving salon services.
Gift Certificates: Certificates must be redeemed within one year from the date of issue. They are not refundable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Lost or Damaged Property: Solace Day Spa is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.
Group Services: If your party consists of 3 or more people, we kindly ask that a deposit prior to the service, which is 50% of the total for those services.
Spa Etiquette: To ensure that you and everyone around you has the best experience possible, we kindly ask that any sound from phones should remain private., so as to not disturb the other customers.
