Guest Etiquette

Appointments: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment

Consultations: These are complimentary and are recommended before any first
time hair, skin, nail, or spa service.

Credit Cards: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover, as well
as personal checks. Some services will need to be guaranteed by credit card. A $20
fee is charged for returned checks. Gratuity not included in pricing.

Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations
or appointment changes. Spa packages must be cancelled no less than 48 hours in
advance. Clients are subject to full payment for any services cancelled after that time.

Junior Guests: For your ultimate relaxation and for your child’s safety, we ask that you
make alternate accommodations for young children not receiving salon services.

Gift Certificates: Certificates must be redeemed within one year from the date of
issue. They are not refundable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
On-line bought gift certificates are replaceable.

Lost or Damaged Property: Solace Day Spa is not responsible for personal
belongings lost or damaged during your visit.
